This is absolutely ridiculous, I received my wet bench, and absolutely nothing fits together in any of the cutout holes after removing the ungodly brown film. I have watched the assembly video close to 5 times before purchasing and several times after. Look at my pics, the acrylic was cut too large and absolutely nothing fits, not the mb tray, not the hd tray, only one side of the rad cutout.
Not to mention it came with a giant
crack in the HD tray. Absolutely nothing fits, the HD tray doesnt fit
into the vertical side panels, the rad holder fits fine on one side but
not on the other. The tiny clips are useless, and covered in the brown
film that needs to be removed. NONE OF THEM EVEN FIT in the holes that
they are supposed to go in. Basically, NOTHING, slotted in properly. I
had to power file the hd tray tabs to fit in the holes on the vertical
sides just to begin assembly. I have many, many pics of this assembly.
No where on any website did it say that this is a DIY project. The
assembly video on youtube makes it look so easy, nothing about my
assembly even resembles that. The trays were too thick, holes were too
small, things broke being slid in carefully. None of the tiny tabs fit
in the holes. This is horrendous, I clearly have a defect product, and
not to mention a giant crack in the HD tray (came cracked). NOT HAPPY!
On top of everything, frozencpu.com wont reply to my emails, and
shipping to Canada cost me an extra $70 at the door because of a UPS
"importer" scam. They send the wet bench to an 'importer' who charges a
$50 fee for doing nothing, not duty, not tax, just fee. This is the
icing on the cake compared to buying a case that cant be assembled
without using a power file!
I apologize if I come
off crass. I was looking forward to this build, now I wish I had just
bought a case. I hope either primochill or frozencpu.com responds to any
of my emails. My build was supposed to be a feature on a highly
visited forum and now its ruined. I don't want to spread a bad review
without the manufacturer having a chance to atone for this defective
product (Its really hard to have defective machine cut acrylic.)

Glad to see I am not the only one having this problem!
My MB tray snapped inserting it (near the rectange insert), the rad holder snapped (just the edge near the insert), and the HD tray cracked along with some of its tabs snapping off. I had to file and file and file just to get them to even remotely fit into their respective holes only to have them wedge in then snap. I have documented this process in many photos showing that it obviously does not fit.
This is terrible business practice, Primochill should rectify this problem but they seem to not even recognize it. This is false advertising, not honoring warranty/guarantees of a defective product, and just downright not cool. They claim to have a Quality Control department, which clearly does not exist. Primochill obviously gets their acrylic cut by their wholesaler sent directly to them, they only remove 1/4 of the brown film to etch their name on the MB tray, then wraps everything up and pass it on to the consumer. They don't even have the courtesy to remove the film and check that the pieces are cut to spec. How can there be any quality control if the manufacturer's film is not removed?
Frozencpu.com will not even return my emails (but to be frank, it's not their fault, the fault lies entirely with PrimoChill for selling a defective product and pushing said product on their resellers)
I am still awaiting a proper reply from PrimoChill as to our clear and evident issue with their defective product. If they need any more photos I will gladly post the step by step photos of my build. If they are smart businessmen they will honor their guarantee of quality and send us replacements. Its just not right, being Canadian I spent close to 230$ USD total for their product. I expected it to arrive in working order, It is not. Being a possible magazine spotlight and forum build thread on my build this could be an opportunity for good PR for their company, or a damnation of their product. I will let the outcome lie in their hands....
I'm having the same issue too. The acrylic connectors to keep the wet bench fitted does NOT fit. I had to manually thin out each connector because it WILL NOT fit.
Also, the HD tray snapped in half when attempting to slide in the connector.
Also, the GPU block slots are not in line and is rendered completely useless. I am not even able to make use of it.
Clearly there is a QC control issue at hand here.
Please send an updated GPU block so that they can fit within the slats.
Please send a replacement HDD tray as it snapped in half when attempting to connect it to the base.

TODAY I HAD TO POWER FILE A CLEAR PIECE OF ACRYLIC TO GET A STANDARD VGA CARD TO FIT IN YOUR BRACKET. THIS AND NOTHING ELSE FITS IN THE SLOTS ON THE CLEAR ACRYLIC! LOOK AT MY PICTURES! THE HD TRAY IS 3mm TOO WIDE TO FIT IN THE UPRIGHTS! THE UPRIGHT ACRYLIC PIECES ARE TOO THICK FOR THE MB TRAY! THIS IS UNBELIEVEABLE!
FORGET THE MEASLEY CRACK, I CAN LIVE WITH THE CRACK!

I swear to god, I am going to make it my life's mission to make sure not another person purchases one of your atrociously manufactured pieces of cut acrylic Your inability to attempt to even read my complaint or rectify the situation that is CLEARLY your firm's fault is bad business practice. I hope your next reply is a proper attempt at admitting your manufacturing process is flawed and offering some sort of reconcilliation to this major problem.
Sad to hear that you had issues with our WetBench, but this is something that FrozenCPU need to take care of. None of the products we ship to our retailers have cracks in them since they go through QC before being shipped out. Contact them again and ask for an exchange. The brown film that you referred to is a protective film for the acrylic to ensure that there are no scratches or marks on the material itself.
