PrimoChill provides a one-year limited warranty for its branded products, starting from the date of purchase, with the exception of coolants. Coolants are subject to a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase, as they are affected by uncontrollable factors within custom watercooling loops. Please note that this warranty does not cover color changes or the "drop" of suspended particles in the coolant like Vue or Any opaque color.
Under normal use, the warranty provides coverage for defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a defect during the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the product, depending on our discretion. However, it’s important to note that the warranty does not extend to any damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. To initiate a warranty claim, customers are required to provide proof of purchase and reach out to our customer service department at support.primochill.com. Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that any expenses related to shipping, handling, or installation of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Before approving a warranty claim, we retain the right to request additional information or inspect the product. If a customer provides misleading information about a defect or if there is evidence of improper installation, use, or tampering, the warranty claim may be rejected. The warranty is not transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser. Any repairs or replacements carried out under the warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
Non-PrimoChill products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy, and any claims must be made directly with the manufacturer, not PrimoChill. However, if a product is within its first 30 days of use, PrimoChill may step in and offer a replacement part without the need to contact the manufacturer.
