Due to our highly automated fulfillment process, it can be challenging to simply add an item. Once you get in touch with us, we will place your order on hold if it hasn't been packed yet and assist you in creating a new order with the correct missing items.
If the order has shipped we are unable to make any changes to the order, and we recommend placing a 2nd order for the missing or different items.
