Updated September 23, 2026PrimoChill offers a 1-year limited warranty on items purchased directly from www.primochill.com, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coolants, wear items, and unauthorized retailer purchases are excluded.
PrimoChill stands behind its products with a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all items purchased directly from www.primochill.com. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
What is covered: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. If your product is found to be defective, PrimoChill will repair or replace it at our discretion.
What is NOT covered:
- Coolants and prep/cleaning solutions
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Products that have been altered or modified
- Items purchased from unauthorized retailers
How to file a claim: Contact PrimoChill's support team with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process.
This 1-year limited warranty is the sole warranty offered by PrimoChill. Coverage is limited to repair or replacement and excludes incidental or consequential damages. The warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
