Our shopping cart uses an advanced AI algorithm to process our payments and sometimes this AI picks up on issues with the transaction and will flag it as "High Risk". Once the order is flagged it is automatically cancelled and credit is issue back to the charging card. This may take 24-48 hrs depending on your credit card company. If your order was cancelled it was for this reason and we highly recommend using Pay Pal or Amazon Pay to replace your order as the issue may not be you but some part of the algorithm that is flagging your order.
