All returns will need to go through Support. Ideally your initial email should contain the products you are looking to return, the order(s) they are from, and what your reason is for the return. Once you have approval, Support will provide you with the return address and RMA #. The items will be inspected once they arrive and refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order unless credit is requested.
