Accidentally select the wrong item, change your mind or forget to include something? Once an order is submitted through our online store, it becomes difficult to halt the fulfillment process because our automated systems quickly start processing orders.

Our website ships 98.5% of orders on the same day, particularly those placed by 2:00 p.m. MST. Stopping the fulfillment process could greatly disrupt our shipping operations and affect delivery times for other customers. We advise customers to double-check their orders before completing a purchase.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request, we cannot guarantee it will be completed, because the item might have already been packed or shipped; in such cases, our system does not permit us to cancel the order.
