Return Eligibility
Updated September 23, 2026Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase from www.primochill.com for items in original new packaging with all accessories included. B-stock, clearance, used/open-box, and items discounted 25%+ are not eligible.
PrimoChill accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date from www.primochill.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To qualify for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- In original, new (unopened) packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components included
- Purchased at full price or less than 25% discount
- Not a warranty claim (warranty claims are handled separately)
Items that are NOT eligible for return:
- B-stock or open-box products
- Clearance items
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Items discounted 25% or more (classified as clearance due to the significant discount already applied)
