Product Return: Request a Return

Once you're ready to initiate your return, please get in touch with support@primochill.com to start your return. Make sure you understand the Product Return: Fees associated with returning items.

All RMAs need to be returned to us within 20 business days from the date you received your Return Authorization to be eligible for a refund.

Packages must have the RMA number displayed on the label as part of the return address. Packages without RMA #s on the label will be set aside to be processed manually, which can severely delay your package depending on the number of RMAs in the queue. Please refer to the sample label below for the properly labeling of your return
