All PrimoChill orders ship from our facility in Boise, Idaho. We use FedEx and USPS for domestic and international deliveries, with carrier selection based on your destination. Flat-rate shipments may use either carrier depending on the most economical option. APO/FPO military addresses and PO Boxes ship exclusively via USPS.
For international orders, please be aware that certain countries and territories have shipping restrictions. Restricted destinations include, but are not limited to: Brazil, China, Russia, Venezuela, and various regions across Africa, Asia, and Europe. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, contact our support team before placing an order.
Orders requiring signatures (typically those valued over $500) will be delivered by carriers that offer this service at your location.
