Rush Fees, Shipping Protection & Refund Policy
Updated September 23, 2026Rush fees prioritize your order for faster processing but are non-refundable. Shipping protection through Navidium covers lost or damaged packages. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable once a package ships.
Rush Fee: Adding a rush fee to your order significantly boosts the chances of same-day shipping for orders placed before 2:00 PM MST, but does not guarantee same-day delivery. Because processing begins immediately upon receipt, rush fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Shipment Protection: PrimoChill partners with Navidium to offer optional shipment protection insurance. The cost is calculated based on your order total (excluding shipping). If your package is lost or damaged in transit and you have protection, contact our support team to file a claim. We'll create a replacement order at no charge if items are in stock.
Shipping Cost Policy: Outbound shipping costs are fully paid to the carrier as soon as your package leaves our facility. For this reason, shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances — including carrier delays, refused deliveries, or returns.
