Delivery
If you are unable to be available during the delivery, kindly make arrangements for the package to be placed in a secure location to reduce the risk of theft. For certain orders amounting to $500 USD or more, we may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
After the package leaves our facility, we regrettably have no control over its delivery process. This indicates that we cannot modify the address or request to hold the shipment. Once it is en route, we are unable to make any changes to its path or destination.
